This is why illegal aliens should all be deported.
I did an internet search and the following is what came up for this illegal alien:
Harjinder Singh, a 28-year-old Indian national, is the truck driver accused of causing a fatal crash on the Florida Turnpike on August 12, 2025, after attempting an illegal U-turn in his semi-truck near Fort Pierce, blocking northbound lanes and colliding with a minivan. The crash killed three people: a 37-year-old woman from Pompano Beach, a 54-year-old man from Miami, and a 30-year-old man from Florida City, while two others in the minivan were unharmed.
Singh, who entered the United States illegally by crossing the Mexico border in 2018, was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide. He was arrested in Stockton, California, on August 16 by U.S. Marshals on a fugitive warrant and appeared in San Joaquin County Superior Court, where he signed extradition papers to be transferred to Florida custody. He remains in custody without bail and is also subject to a federal immigration detainer.
An investigation revealed that Singh failed both English language and road sign proficiency tests administered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration after the crash, correctly answering only 2 out of 12 verbal questions and identifying just 1 out of 4 highway signs. Despite these failures and his undocumented status, he obtained a commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California, which has sparked national debate over state licensing policies for undocumented immigrants.
The case has drawn political attention, with the Trump administration and Department of Homeland Security criticizing California Governor Gavin Newsom and the state’s CDL policies, while California officials note Singh received a federal work permit in 2021 and obtained his license legally under state rules. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has also condemned the incident, calling for federal action against sanctuary states.
If convicted, Singh faces up to 45 years in prison—15 years for each count of vehicular homicide—and will be deported following the conclusion of his criminal proceedings. The trucking company he was driving for, White Hawk Carriers, has since lost its ability to operate outside California due to insurance and compliance issues.
My state, the idiot state of california, gave this illegal alien a commercial drivers license. I hope the victims families and the state of florida sue the state of california. And send gov newscum to federal prison for this shit. A message needs to be sent.
Apparently President Donald Trump signed an executive order on April 28, 2025, titled "Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America’s Truck Drivers," which mandates stricter enforcement of English language proficiency for commercial truck drivers in the United States.
Has this eo been enforced?
