Texas AG Ken Paxton Threatens to Arrest Democrat Lawmakers If They Flee State to Block Trump-Backed Redistricting Plan Aimed at Gaining 5 More GOP House Seats 

But weren't these assholes threatened with arrest when they did this a few years ago?

Anybody go to jail then?

I get it. If I'm gonna get my ass handed to me by a bad vote I don't wanna be there either. But these assholes were elected to actually ATTEND. Not run away.

    If I remember correctly, they fled to another state, which is beyond the jurisdiction of Texas. I don't think the simple majority for quorum was passed to replace the two thirds rule.

      You're right. I think some went to oklahoma and some to new mexico.
