Isn't this just a big bunch of crap?

UK Cops Arrest Man Who Bought Baseball Bat

The UK has gone batshit crazy.

They're just absolutely bonkers over there.  I mean a baseball bat?

Sure baseball bets can be used as a weapon of defense or even offense.

Jesus Aitch Christ shit like this is why the pilgrims left England and came over here and settled in the Americas.

I guess what they're gonna have to do now is pack up and move over  to where the damn Muslims are coming from.

Exercise Sucks

During his physical, the doctor asked the patient about his daily activity level

He described a typical day this way: 'Well, yesterday afternoon, I waded along the edge of a lake, drank eight beers, escaped from wild dogs in the heavy brush, jumped away from an aggressive rattlesnake, marched up and down several rocky hills, stood in a patch of poison ivy, crawled out of quicksand and took four leaks behind big trees.' Inspired by the story, the doctor said, 'You must be one hell of an outdoors man!' 'NAH,' he replied, 'I'm just a shitty golfer.'

How To Avoid Getting Your Ass Kicked At The Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

How To Avoid Getting Your Ass Kicked At The Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally

Rule #1 on how to not get your ass kicked is stay the hell away from there.

I have never been to Sturgis rally but one of these days it might be fun to go.

Can't go this year maybe next year or the year after the year after that if I'm still kicking.

I don't ride motorcycles but you think they would mind if I rode a Vespa up there?

Well it's hotter than the open doors of a train furnace back in 1887

Damn it's hot!

According to my phone's weather app it's 108°F outside at 4:47 PM.

And what is worse my air conditioner isn't keeping up as well as it should.  It's trying to cool but I suspect my refrigerant level is low in my unit.  The problem is this unit was manufactured in 1997 and I believe it contains R22 refrigerant which has been deemed verboten apparently.

Tomorrow morning when the weather has cooled down slightly from goddamn it's hot to to only screaming hot, I will climb up on the roof and visually inspect the condensing coils for cleanliness.

I do not expect the coils to be dirty because I cleaned them about two years ago maybe three years ago and there's no trees around them and it's not dirty and dusty et cetera et cetera et cetera.  But I will wash them down just the same.

And tonight I will leave the unit running all night long at a lower temperature setting rather than shutting it off like is my normal procedure.  My hope by doing this is that it will stay cooler for maybe 30 minutes to an hour longer tomorrow.

My phone is saying the temperature outside should get down to about 64° tonight hopefully that will help.

Wish me luck.
