    Realtors here tell me its 2x harder to sell a house in an HOA, than one without.

    Almost 30 years ago I was actually tempted to buy in one of those places. There was this tiny,nagging voice in my head that made me wonder about Just What ALL could that HOA demand... And I decided to say no.. Good Call!
