If you watch the video you can plainly hear the cop stating he saw a phone in her RIGHT hand. A physical impossibility. I.e. the cop LIED. And was allowed to keep his job even when it was PROVEN he is a liar. Which means EVERY ticket he writes, EVERY arrest he makes should now be suspect....at best. In an honest world he would be unemployed.
