Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan Found GUILTY of Obstruction For Helping Illegal Alien Evade ICE Agents – Faces 5 Years in Prison

Dugan was acquitted of count 1 – the misdemeanor but she was found guilty on count 2 – the felony obstruction.

5 years. I guess that is enough time behind bars. But I bet it will be at some posh resort style pen.

The article didn't say anything about the judge that stood with her in the hall. Wonder if anything happened with her.

  1. The guilty verdict is half the battle. But without a MEANINGFUL punishment justice will NOT have been served. In fact, in most states a felony conviction does not prevent someone from practicing law. If the local Bar Association doesn't disbar her she could still practice law.

    1. And you can bet the bar association will do everything in its power to protect her though she should be disbarred. Lawyers protect lawyers. I'll be surprised if she even serves a day in jail. Likely community service and a slap on the wrist. I hope I'm wrong.
