I don't think my 2003 dodge dakota has this much emissions.
When I was working I used to go to an almond processing facility to check on the boiler chemicals. I think it was on this road but I don't remember a tire recycling place.
It must be gettin real hard to breathe around there.
Damn, shoulda saved them for the Earth Day bonfire.
