I watched this video a couple of times. It looks to me like the biden suv is in the black pickup trucks lane by about half of the suv's width. Little white suv behind the bus next to a black pickup.

I saw that in the original video. The SUV was OBVIOUSLY over his line. Looks like a clear case of road rage from a commie twat waffle.
