yup. I met plenty of people just like him back when I was still working. I gave up on it all. you can't win no matter what.
ReplyDeleteI forget how many good jobs I couldn't get because I was the wrong color. and the Gov't was the worse at that shit too. I passed on a few good jobs because if I did my job or making them work. I end up sending at least half of my time with HR .

2020 census shows that in minority groups Hispanics are 15% of our population. Blacks comes in at 13% bit yet no one places them above the Blacks. By numbers alone it should be White, Hispanics and then the Blacks. Really don't want to hear all about the "injustice" done to a different generation. It was over 165 years ago and many Blacks from Africa have immigrated since then.
