Remember when politicians would make speeches that were worthy of being recorded? We'd have reporters that wrote every word down, it was reprinted in the newspapers, because what they said, and how they said it, was so profound, and of such importance, that it bore repetition throughout the union. I can't remember the last political speech I heard that was worth my time to watch, never mind repeat or record it.
