If I could do this without winding up in the hospital, I would video myself doing this and send it to my granddaughter. I bet her face would turn 7 shades of red with embarrassment for me.
I'm 64 years old and taught myself how to do the basic shuffle step after watching this and similar videos about five years ago. I can only do it for about 15 seconds, though.
