Florida attorney general says cops should stop enforcing open carry gun ban after court ruling
I have never understood why any state thinks they can ban the carrying of guns, either openly or concealed.
The 2nd Amendment is clear plain and specific.
And is also the law of the land, superseding all other laws made by federal state or local.
The banning of open carry in florida is stupid anyway, because you can open carry while going to fishing or hunting.
This guy, The Armed Fisherman, tests this concept all the time.
The constant and unending attempts to confiscate the one thing that stands against total domination by the government, should serve as the only proof you need that this right above all others is sacrosanct.

History has shown, every single God Damned time, that's what happens! Look at Europe today, enlightened, progressive, modern, eh? They now have open-sewers in the streets and their children are raped unabated - the RAPIST goes free while the victim gets jailed for racism offences.
Go ahead, give up your guns for safety and peace, see how that works out for you.
Every. Single. Time.
There is NOT ONE EXAMPLE IN ALL OF RECORDED HISTORY, where the government was the good guys, and giving up your weapons proved to be a good thing. Not one example, ever.
I like open carry because in the time a criminal is focusing on the guy with the open carry, seven concealed carry folks are drawing to fire.
