Animals won't eat kudzu unless they are starving. Deer will eat the bark off trees before they will eat kudzu. If animals liked it then it would not cover 20% of my county but Yankees driving thru here say we got lots of nice 'Ivy' covering the ground. Thanks Vern. Joe Roy

ReplyDeleteGoats and cows will eat it happily, if they are allowed to get to it. Kudzu jelly is "ok" - kinda tastes like grape a little bit.
