And that question is: Why does the federal executive branch have to comply with ANY decision made by the federal judiciary, i.e. the supreme court of the United States of America, and any inferior federal court?

“In our Constitution, judges and the judiciary is a co-equal branch of government, separate from the others with the authority to interpret the Constitution as law and strike down, obviously, acts of Congress or acts of, of the president. and that innovation doesn’t work if it’s not the judiciary is not independent,” Roberts said.

Roberts says strike down, obviously. Hold on, wait a minute, just a second.

If the judiciary, legislative, and executive branches of the government are co-equal to the other, doesn't that mean that none of them have more power than the other two? 

If they are co-equal, how does the judiciary have the power to strike down something the others do???

If they are co-equal, and the scotus says something is not constitutional, why can't the other two branches simply say, It Is Constitutional and ignore scotus?

It Isn't My Coffee That's Affected

It is not a good thing to mess with a man's coffee. MMM MMM MMM. Don't do that.

I read the headline and thought oh crap what's going on now.

But the problem is just the labels. I guess they say decaffeinated when the stuff is not decaffeinated.

And I guess that's a problem for some people. Could be a big problem too depending upon the persons tolerance for caffeine.

I drink 2 sometimes 3 cups of hitest coffee in the morning after wakeup. If I don't do that I can function, but I'm grouchy.

I used to make a big pot of coffee in one of those mr. coffee pots, and I wouldn't drink the whole thing that day. But the next day I would heat it up and finish it off.
