No Wristband? No entry!!
Valley County in Montana blew it good. They sent out a flier stating that businesses had to refuse service to any out of towner who did not have a pink wrist band. The wrist band signified they had been successfully quarantined for 14 days and did not have the covid.
BUT THEN, they had to rescind the flier, because "the internal processes broke down", and the flier should not have been sent out.
