Immanuel School in Reedley Calif. has won at least a temporary win to allow their school to remain open for in person classes.
They opened in defiance of local county orders and state orders for them to remain closed.
The county of Fresno took them to court for an injunction to force them to close and the judge denied that. Another hearing on this is set for Sept. 15.
Another school in Merced County is apparently also open, and also undergoing legal battles.
Looks like FREEDOM is trying to make a comeback.
