Think You Know What Kind of Meat You Are Buying? Think Again.

 Two owners of a meat company in Bronx, NY will be sentenced in January 2021.  The two owners hatched a scheme where they took beef labeled as "choice" and relabeled it as "Prime" and sold it for much more money.

Now I suspect why some of the steaks we have purchased over the years turned out to be so tough.
