I thought I was gonna have to evict some renters about 4 years ago, and then again last year. The stupid fuckers built a taco shack in the back yard and even had signs up out front. Took me a while but I got that stopped.

I hated dealing with renters. I had to evict the ones in my house, and they were months behind on rent. They stole/sold the lawn mower, the custom workbench, the satellite dish and receiver, all the garden tools I left for them, not to mention the neighbors that the pissed off with their all night parties. I sold that house at a $10,000 loss; one of the best things I ever did.
