I want the tee shirt. Started out at 40ish and could go half a block. Kept up and in a month could do 4 blocks. Now this is after quitting smoking with a oxegyn level of 72%. In 6 months I was doing 2k runs and in a year up to 5K and lung was back at 100%. So, I really, really understand. It's not where you place it's that you are there at the end.
