This morning my youngest daughter and I went to a viewing/remembrance of a family friend who passed away.
We said our condolences then walked down the street to a small cafe for a cup of coffee.
We decided to have a small breakfast while there.
The menu was strange. It listed as a headline Crepes and Waffles.
Looking thru it there were about 10 items, and then it started listing other things which were not Crepes and Waffles, but all under that headline.
So we both settled on eggs, with hashbrowns.
The eggs were $2.50 each. Each.
Imagine that. A single egg was $2.50. Holy Crapamoley.
