I made a decision about 40 years ago that I will not buy a car from a dealership. This does not include the small mom and pop car sale lots. I violated that decision by helping my youngest daughter buy a car from a dealership. I thought it was gonna take an act of congress to get out of there with the price they advertised.

ReplyDeleteKnow consumer law. A contract can be written on a fast food sack, and it is just as binding as any other form. If both parties signed for agreement, whichever party breaches the agreed terms is at fault. Small claims court puts this into an easy win.
ReplyDeleteAs a business owner, that fool does not know much about business ethics, customer service, or consumer law. Sounds like a silver spoon ego.
