Is it "whoever" or "whomever"???

 Two crows were in a field when they noticed a figure in the distance that looked like a man.

"What is that?" says the first crow.

The second crow takes a long look.

"That's a scarecrow. Looks authentic, doesn't it?"

"How can you tell it's a scarecrow?" asked the first crow.

The second crow says, "Look at it's hand. No mobile phone."

Two kids were arguing when the teacher entered the room.

Teacher says, "Why are you arguing?"

First boy answers and says, "We found a ten dollar bill and decided to give it to whoever tells the biggest lie."

"You should be ashamed of yourselves." said the teacher.

"When I was your age I didn't even know what a lie was!"

The boys gave the ten dollars to the teacher!
