Black Woman Splains to White Lib Woman

I stumbled upon this video at Red State.

 A black woman is explaining to a white lib woman about how democrats hate blacks. 

I am not sure if her history is right, but it sounds right. What I really wonder about, though, is if she can talk without moving her hands about like she is doing. I mean, if you tied her arms behind her back, would that render her mute?
