Holy Crap? Covid Tracking is on your Phone!

I was reading over at The Feral Irishman and spotted this article he had up:  Covid Tracking on your phone.  

His article talks about I phones, I have android, but when I checked google settings on my phone? Son of a bitch! It's on android too.
