More Covid-Some Context Maybe

Rick in the comments left a link to an article I thought I would share with you, it's pretty interesting about covid.

There is no question that Covid is a serious disease, and that every life lost is cause for concern. But each one of us faces very real risks every day from all manner of things. What’s important is that we address each risk with commensurate care. That the media has consistently reported on Covid without appropriate context suggests that historians will look back on 2020 less for its outbreak of Covid than for its outbreak of hysteria.

john hopkins news letter...covid-19 does NOT greatly contribute to over all death rate.
if you have a calculator...do the math...
at the present fatality rate (2000 per day) it every one living in america today will be dead of covid-19 in only 450 years.
at the present rate of spread, every american will have been infected in only 19 years.
and remember...bottom line...99.5% of those who are unfortunate enough to get infected will survive.

    1. Tell her I said: You are Welcome! The items are for my daughters and granddaughters for Xmas presents. I normally go to Kohls, but after seeing those I thought I would much prefer to shop from her.
