This video shows the altercation and moment this guy got shot. I don't know what happened to cause the agent to draw his pistol. But it looks like the agent saw something that did in fact make him think Pretti was going to use a weapon. Draw your own conclusions after watching the video.

Even his parents told him not to interact with the ICE agents. Read that as "Do not illegally impede the agents or cause violence against them while they are doing the job congress made laws to enforce." He chose to ignore their sage advice. It's a shame that democrat leaders, in an attempt to deflect from investigations into the rampant fraud ongoing in Minneapolis, threw this man's life away as a political shield.

ReplyDeleteBut while he did have a weapon, he never unholstered it...and in fact, the Border Patrol agent took it from his waistband and was walking away when he was shot.
Bovino and Ice Barbie tried to spin it, but the mere carriage or possession of a pistol is not the same as attempting to use it (or, in fact using it)
No way this passes the tests for Lethal Force.
