ReplyDeleteSerious question - because this is always what stays my hand.. what about being arrested of sued? I can see at a protest like this there are likely to be police present, and you could probably get off a few haymakers without getting pinched in the hoosegow. However if you're living in a liberal looney-town, or the cop happens to have a burr up his ass... there's a good chance that guy gets carted off to jail after such an event. Getting sued in civil court is also a likely scenario.

Better not to be there at all as there is nothing to be gained by fist fighting with the enemy in the street, If you must go and it gets out of hand like this, well, you better be a brawler like this guy. They were clearly on the attack throughout. The bullhorn in his ear is enough to cause hearing damage and he tried hard to get away, they pursued aggressively. Bullhorn guy actually was knocked hard on his ass and came storming back to get cold cocked into unconsciousness. great vid.
DeleteBlasting a bullhorn directly into someone’s ear is assault. Fighting back against assault is a pretty good defense. Fighting while outnumbered is also pretty defensible
