ReplyDeleteThe state, and city, refuse to break up the rioters, and ensure the safety of the citizens. A healthy city would round up the rioters, and if they are not from the city, bring them outside the city limits, and dump them on the edge of the pavement.

Goes nicely with hang-the-traitor, sink-the-boat, flamethrower-the-mosque, cage-the-sodomites-with-cannibalistic-baboons, and bastinado-the-bankers procedures. And that's on a day of being in a generous merciful mood.
