I'm in the same boat. Taking magnesium and potassium citrate B complex twice a day scheduled for M.I.L.D. surgery. Incision is size of aspirin where the robots go in
See a Chiropractor, preferably from Palmer. Son while playing golf pulled something. I talked him into trying it at least. Late 50's, what does mom know, but tried it and called and told me how much good it had done. Doc's told me in 2001 and 2003 that if I didn't have surgery immediately I would be in a wheelchair in 5 years. Well it 20 years later and I'm still going on my two legs. Not even a cane in site.
How do you know it is your spine and not muscles? Pinched nerve? Heat would be a treatment for tight muscles to loosen them up. Ice for inflammation. sam
Sorry you're not feeling well my friend. I hope you get beter real soon.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem. Started taking Magnesium glycinate, 200 mg. Seems to be helping.
ReplyDeleteBefore they cut me and put some hardware in there I found some relief flat on my back with the knees up.
