Dear Cardone Capital team, Immediately discontinue ALL underwriting on New York City real estate. The risk outweigh the opportunities at this time.
The Businesses Fleeing Corrupt New York Amid $355 Million Trump Verdict
Looks to me like somebody done fucked up in NYC.
Business appears to be going elsewhere.
Some big money type muckity muck named Kevin O'Leary says he won't invest there any longer, and is telling others not to, also.
Remington Arms is closing shop and moving to Georgia. But I think they were doing that before the Trump Verdict. But that may have been the last straw.
And they are all correct. Who will invest in new york if they might be fined for doing business there? Well, the woke liberal assholes will.
But they will keep on doing political verdicts with their judicial system. They seem to think they have got away with it.

AI Appears to be Racist. It won't draw white People.
Google: Uh, Yeah, Sorry Our AI is So Woke
How do you get rid of racism in this country?
A good start would be go to google and hang every sonofabitch there.
If they hate whites so much they can't even program the AI to draw one, then go move to a black or brown country. And quit using stuff white people made work great.

Medvedev Warns Of Nukes On Berlin, London & Washington Before Russia Would Return To 1991 Borders
If washington goes the way of the dodo bird I won't be bothered. I doubt if very many will be.
But, the repercussions of all that will probably mean nukes dropped all over the world, with a bunch of them dropping on us.
I don't like that at all.
Civil War is an Incorrect label. This is an Invasion.
Hohmann: The Second American Civil War Is Starting
This author is incorrect. A civil war is a war between citizens of the same country.
This thing he is talking about is not that. This is an invasion.
We will be in self defense mode when this starts. Which it may be starting to do that.
Now, in the authors defense, when the left starts banding with the invaders, that is when it will become a civil war, in addition to being an invasion.
Now, for my part, I may have to give up my morals a little bit. Here in california we have to undergo an unconstitutional background check to purchase ammo, and if they don't like you, they ban you. Not supposed to be that way, but that is how it works. Assholes.
Anyway, I don't have enough ammo to go thru an invasion like this. I haven't shot in several years because I was conserving my ammo. I am rusty. Very rusty. But my guns aren't.
So it looks like I will have to swallow my pride, and go buy some more ammo.
Wish me luck.

Looks like truckers may quit delivering to NYC. FAFO, Trucker Edition
I don't know if it was in this article, but I read somewhere that truckers deliver about 70 to 80% of the nations stuff. Including food.
What happens if those trucks stop delivering?
Rule of 3?? From what I have read, most grocery stores only have about 3 days of food on the shelves. Huh. After 3 days, what happens if there are no deliveries.
I don't believe those numbers, though. I think it is closer to 100%. If a train or plane or boat delivers, how does that get from the railyard or the plane yard or the shipyard to its final destination??
Looks like like some truckers are saying not me, not going to NYC.
Bravo for them.
Hope more of them join in.
Holy Shit! Did you hear about this??
The link below has a video. If you want to skip to the relevant part of the video, go to about 9:30
I don't know what to say about this. The guy who got shot at is right, he is damaged for life.
I know if that happened to me, I would never have to poop again. I would have done a lifetime of pooping in those few seconds.
And the cop who initiated this little fracas. If he ever works in law enforcement again. Just wow.

Abbott Announces a Plan for a Military Base Camp on the Border
I think the article says 2300 national guard troops. That isn't enough, in my opinion.
I think he should post a soldier every 250 to 500 yards, with a maximum supply of ammunition for whatever battle rifle they carry.
I don't think 2 or 3 hundred thousand soldiers would be too many to guard that border.
If each state put their own guard troops on the border with orders to fire at will, we could stop this invasion.

Geez Louise, I went to the grocery store.
The other day I complained about the price of eggs. Today I am complaining about the price of everything else.
Holy schlamoly have you seen the price of groceries?
For $29.30 I got a plastic bag half full of actual groceries, 1 gallon of Sunny D original taste, and 5 lbs. of russet potatoes.
I remember when I was a small tyke going with my Momma to Parkers Grocery Store, $29.30 was two carts full of groceries.
I just about crapped my pants when I saw the price of a normal size can of chili.
$4.49 for a can of chili with no beans. The brand was Stagg. Hormel chili no beans was $3.99 for a normal size can. And Hormel chili with beans was $2.99.
Holy shit.
But wait. There's more.
The main reason I went to the store was to get a tomato. I wanted a tomato for an afternoon snack.
So there I was, wandering around the produce section, looking at all of the veggies on display.
Then I come to the table with tomatoes.
$3.49 for ONE tomato. One.
My eyes just kind of glazed over when I saw that. Well, forget my afternoon snack. No way in hell I'm payin that.
Then I found vine tomatoes. 5 to a vine, about 2 inches in diameter. $3.49 for one pound. So I bought those.
It looks like I will rethink my plan to not grow any veggies this summer.
