Florida Representative Posey Ends His Speech with Let's Go Brandon!

WATCH: Congressman Bill Posey’s ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ Speech on House Floor Goes Viral

Oil

For all the Biden voters out there.  This is how much oil and hydraulic fluid it takes to service a class 5 combine, which is one of the smaller combines in operation today.  It also takes about 9 gallons of coolant in addition to the oil.  What you don’t see are the 10 to 15  tubes of grease it takes to keep all the moving parts moving during harvest season.  Off-road diesel is now slightly over three dollars a gallon.  Your food prices are about to go through the roof, but at least you don’t have to worry about mean tweets or the President of the United States offending anyone.

They are Going to Push and Push and Push These Damn Electric Vehicles on Us

Turns out you can lead businesses to an electric F-150, but you can't make them buy.

The whole world is going crazy with this push for green energy. Green energy is good when it's used correctly, such as backup for your reliable fossil fuel energy.

But right now they want everyone to buy these damn electric cars. Where they gonna get the batries from? HMMM?

They know, they will mine more lithium and build them in china where there are no environmental regulations.

Where they gonna get the electricity from to charge these batries? There is barely enough to go around with what we need now. Or will they do rolling blackouts in one part of the state so they can recharge cars in another part of the state. That wouldn't surprise me at all.

The article is talking about electric F150's. Driving 60 miles from your work site to charge your truck. Here is a chance for someone to develop a high efficiency fossil fueled generator. It will be stationed in the bed of your truck, permanently wired into your battery charging port.

You can do this as an aftermarket installation and make boo ku bucks.

Or you can just buy an F150 with an onboard generator.

The Streets Of Los Angeles Are Overflowing With Cargo Trucks

Trucks and cargo containers are filling the streets, and residents are saying they’ve had enough.

Residents are trapped in their driveways as trucks and trailers flood the streets. Hell, that's alright. Open it up and start selling the contents like a yard sale, then when it's empty move it into the backyard for a storage shed.

Crude Oil Inventory is Down. Does This Mean Rising Gas Prices?

I don't know enough about crude oil to print on the head of a pin and fill up the space.

Crude oil inventories in Cushing, Oklahoma, are down more than 40% from start of 2021

But I wonder if falling inventory is a precursor to rising gas prices.

They are already high over by Big Sur in california. $7.59 for unleaded, $8.49 for premium.

Even if you're filling up a car with a relatively small tank, at $7.59 per gallon, you're looking at over $75 for just 10 gallons.

Well, That's Awkward

My Son in Law is Fighting With Unemployment

My son in law last year was drawing unemployment, like a lot of people. He landed a good paying job a few months back, so that unemployment is over.

Recently he received a letter from them stating he had been overpaid several thousand dollars, and they want their money back.

Assholes.

So he calls the number in the letter to get this taken care of. And calls. And calls. And calls. No one answers the damn phone. He counted up and he called over 200 times.

So he gets in touch with his state representative Jim Patterson, whose office is now trying to help him figure this out. But they can't do anything because the employment people don't have any info on this.

So last week he gets another letter about paying back the money. And he calls the number they gave, and calls and calls and calls and calls, no joy.

So he talks  to the rep again, still no info at employment office, so they can't help.

Today he gets a phone call from some "lady" at the employment office asking if he has called to get this taken care of. He explains no one has answered and she says what number are you calling?

Turns out her sole job is to call people to ensure they have the correct phone number to call about the letters they receive.

Isn't government wonderful.

Jokes

When my local barista handed me my change, one coin stood out. “Look at that. You rarely get one of these old wheat pennies nowadays,” I said, tapping the sheaf of-wheat design. I handed her the penny. Turning it over and over in her hand, she said, “You know, I always thought they were made of copper.”

Did you hear about the monkeys who shared an Amazon account? They were Prime mates.

Me: What’s the Wi-Fi password? Bartender: You need to buy a drink first. Me: OK, I’ll have a Coke. Bartender: Three dollars. Me: There you go. So what’s the Wi‑Fi password? Bartender: “You need to buy a drink first.” No spaces, all lowercase.

Good Morning

A girl was visiting her blonde friend, who had acquired two new dogs, and asked her what their names were.

The blonde responded by saying that one was named Rolex and one was named Timex.
Her friend said, 'Whoever heard of someone naming dogs like that?'
'HELLLOOOOOOO......,' answered the blonde. 'They're watch dogs'!
