 Trucks and cargo containers are filling the streets, and residents are saying they’ve had enough.

Residents are trapped in their driveways as trucks and trailers flood the streets. Hell, that's alright. Open it up and start selling the contents like a yard sale, then when it's empty move it into the backyard for a storage shed.
