Who knew that beauty parlors, nail salons, barbers all had to have a license? I guess it is stupid of me, but I didn't know that. Anyway, here in california they have been hit hard by the covid shutdown, being blamed for the outbreak when gov. newsom said the first case came from a nail salon. He said that without any evidence by the way.
Anyway, these people have a group called Professional Beauty Federation of California and they threatened ole newsom with a lawsuit if he didn't let them open.
