If a black swan event is predicted, and then occurs, is it still a black swan event?
I think the crats have something up their sleeve for november or before. Isn't that called October Surprise?

As usual you have hit the nail squarely on the head. Absolutely nothing is making sense. It all appears to be following some schedule of some sort.
