Image doesn't load Mr Fred. I live in Grangeville, ID and it is still $2.09 a gallon... should have stayed in South Dakota, when I left in the first of April and moved here it had dropped to $1.65.
Shit's gone up to $1.79 here in Pensacola. You know damn well they are going to try like hell to make up for all the lost revenue come tourist season, and it's us locals that will be stuck with the sticker shock stuck up our asses. Happens every year.
Interior Alaska, 400+ miles from the nearest refinery, regular is about $2.30 per gallon. Californians are getting screwed, but you're probably used to it.
Unfortunately, we are used to it. Every year about this time someone has a refinery fire, causing prices to go up. Then we have to have a special blend of gas and that makes prices go up. On a side note, my grandson is getting stationed at the army base by Anchorage in Dec. He is cold natured, don't think he knows what he is getting into.
