This is probably just a big "Meh."

  Federal Court Rules Against FDA Over Anti-Ivermectin Posts

According to the article, the judge says the fda isn't supposed to recommend or advise. 

But I think the judges should have ruled that everyone there overstepped their authority and they should all go to jail.

Or at  least be beaten with wooden baseball bats to 1 inch past their lives.
