Why the 4th Amendment Doesn’t Protect You Like You Think It Does

  1. Shoot, shovel and shut up... worked for old moonshiners back in the day, there are still State and Fed Revenue agents missing... If I had found cameras on my property I would have destroyed them.

  2. On my property, it becomes my property. If folks are found on my property, well...sucks to be them.

  3. I agree with both of you. Private property is just that, mine. The constitution does not take a hike like they seem to think it does, it covers everything. What part of supreme law of the land does everyone not understand?
