I'm not sure Texas has enough prison space to enforce this law.

Well shit, I can see the handwriting on the wall. The invasion shifts from Texas over to Arizona, then they also do this. 

Then the invasion completely shifts here to california and we get even more overrun.

    You're right about that. There isn't enough prisons in Texas already to house the scumbags that are already here.
    Add a hundred thousand more into the system? NFW dude.
    They oughta turn the Rio Grande River into a rifle range.
