Whitmer wants to Arrest a Barber for Making a Living

In Owosso Michigan, a barber has reopened his store, and is cutting hair again.  Why?? 

Because he doesn't have ANY money coming in and needs to make a living for himself and his family. Denied for unemployment, and no stimulus checks, what is he supposed to do whitmer? Starve to death so you can feel good about The Covid????
