Is the rule of law dead?

Appeals Court Finds FBI Did Violate 4th Amendment Rights of Los Angeles Residents by Seizing Hundreds of Safety Deposit Boxes without ‘Any Legal Basis’

Do you remember this case? Where the fbi seized a shitload of safety deposit boxes without a warrant?

Apparently they had a warrant for a few of them but decided to seize them all.

That has been a few years ago and this is just now sorta kinda getting resolved.

The rule of law used to be a social compact where everybody agreed to follow the laws. Because when you don't follow the law chaos reigns supreme.

And that is what is happening. Chaos. Too many people don't want to follow the law.

And who can blame them? I can't. There are too many laws. And most of those are just plain stupid and obviously about making the populace do what WE tell you to do, not what YOU want to do.

Personally, I don't follow stupid laws. What about you?

  1. LOL! As if the JustUs Department/FBI gives a rats ass about a court ruling. There is NOBODY in a position to force them to obey the law, the Constitution or fundamental decency. There is no longer ANY legal, peaceful method remaining for "we the people" to hold any of the rogue
    government agencies or agents accountable.
