Water

If this country sees mass chaos and violence this summer, food and water for your family may become an issue.  Water is an especially important issue.  If the antifa/blm/covidiots manage to disrupt things in your city, possibly your water distribution system may go down.  Or the electric grid that powers it.

So, what do you do? Store water of course. But how much water? How long can I store it? A blog called askaprepper has an article about that.
