I have been trying to find out what has been happening with the legal lawsuit against the california ammo ban, without success.
Tonight while going thru websites, i wound up at youtube and one of the videos was titled california ammo ban update. The video was hard for me to understand because the guy giving the update speaks rather rapidly. Anyway, looks like in november of 2020 a 3 judge panel of the 9th circuit heard arguments from the state and from the plaintiffs about this damn ammo ban bullshit. Well anyway, 2 of the judges were from the 9th circuit, and one is from the 2nd circuit. I never knew you could mix circuits like that.
I am going to place a link here to the video. Doesn't sound like a decision has been reached yet, he is just giving an update.
