The plant in the photo I believe to be an asparagus fern.
If there are any gardeners out there, I am hoping you can confirm this is so or is not so.

Yes it is the dreaded asparagus fern. It's not asparagus, it's not a fern, the berries are mildly poisonous to some pets, and the foliage is a powerful irritant to a lot of folks, myself included.

ReplyDeleteDo you know if there are any good uses to be made of it? Several of these plants were here when we purchased, but i can't think of a use for them.
DeleteSaturate the plant(s) with vinegar, cleaning vinegar if you have it. Three days should do the trick.
Delete3 days saturated with vinegar would do the trick on me!
