Never worn one of these, but I recently purchased one to try and see how I like it. I am not a gun guy so this will be a new thing for me. When it gets here I will give it a go.
I consider this to be part of my preps. Gotta use it to get comfortable with it.

DeleteA shoulder holster like that has the disadvantage of pointing the muzzle at anyone behind you. A definite bad thing, especially with Glock style guns that have only a "trigger safety". Easy to have a negligent discharge. Less bad with a 1911 that are has both a thumb and grip safety.
ReplyDeleteHaving never worn a holster of any sort, I did not think of that. But my little 380 has a safety, so hopefully all will be well.
