He ain't heavy, he's my electric truck
Just how in the flyin fark is a truck this heavy cutting down on any emissions anywhere? I mean, how many megawatts is it gonna take to charge one of these behemoths? And how do you recycle the battery, send it to Wuhan???
My grandson works at one of the o'reilly autos in fresno. Yesterday a guy came in, he apparently has one of those ford lightning pickups, all electric truck.
He told my grandson he went to the lake about 30 miles from him, towing his boat. His battery started out with an 80% charge. When he got there, it was down to 15%.
He had to call a friend who has a portable generator that is big enough to charge his truck. His friend came up, charged the truck, and the guy went home.
I don't know how long it took to charge. Maybe they went fishing in his gas guzzler boat for a while.
EV's in their current format CANNOT replace ICE vehicles.
ReplyDeleteThe intention was NEVER to actually replace ICE tech. The
goal is to put an end to ICE technology and NOT REPLACE IT.
They want us all totally dependent on public transport which they control. Kind of difficult to pose a threat to their graps on power when you have to ask for permission to travel more than a few miles from home.
Exactly right. They always want control.
DeleteWe ordered two of them for work, one just arrived at the dealer and they told us it needs a battery replacement. Before we even took possession!
ReplyDeleteHoly smokes!
