The Food Crisis Of 2023 Is Going To Be Far Worse Than Most People Would Dare To Imagine
I don't know who is in charge of this manipulation, but as for me and my family, we will not eat bugs. And we won't register our garden either.
Seems simple enough. Grow a garden. Well, maybe not so simple, but here is a way to start:
Buy some damn dirt, if needed.
Now you need some place to plant and some water. Can't help you there
Container gardens can be grown. Get some tubs, drill some holes in them, add some dirt, plant, water. Place in front of a window for sunlight or outside if you can.
In my case, I need the ambition to do so. And if food starts going to hell, there is my ambition.
Gardening in most places won’t meet your nutritional needs completely .I would suggest potato’s as a source of calories (lay in a supply of frying fat to add to the calories in reasonable portions) and you can save seed potatoes f or next years crop. If you don’t want to register your garden get your seeds pretty soon as the seed companies may have to report your purchases. Be aware that many seed varieties are hybrids so you can’t save seed so make your choices accordingly. If you are not experienced get some good books or find a grandmother who is and make friends with her!
ReplyDeleteAll good points. Heirloom seeds. Gardening books. Print out some internet articles. But get started now. Don't wait. See what winter plants you can do in your area. Do it now.
