Buy it now and freeze it, jerk it, or can it. They certainly don't plan on any of us being able to get it a couple years from now. Worms and grasshopper will be on the menu boys.
I live up north of Fort Worth and it has certainly been a dry summer. We've had dry summers before and probably will again. Voting in a bunch of commies or raising taxes ain't gonna fix it. Sometimes Texas is just Texas. Oddly we're just about overrun with rabbits out here this year.
When I moved down here to stay in '98, there were signs with "Pray for rain" on them all over the place. 2 weeks later, we had floods. That's Texas weather; extreme. Always has been.
I grew up north of lubbock. It got so dry up there my dad was trying to raise cotton without irrigation. That turned out as well as you think it would. We called it dry land cotton. It certainly was.
Got to sell them cattle now while they are worth something. The way the idjits in charge have been working it's only a matter of time before they outlaw beef entirely.
